1.How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

2.How Do I Make A Return?

1). Sign in to your OEYES User Account.
2). Go to “My Account” find the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return and click “Order Details.”
3). Then, send an email to info@oeyes.com with your order number, the SKU of the item(s) and return reason.
4). Within 24-48 hours, our customer care will respond with the return address.
5). Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible, and ship the package back to the address offered by our customer care.
6). Then, send an email to info@oeyes.com with your return tracking number.

Notice:1). Please know that OEYES does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

2).Please do not return to the address on the package

3).Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after your package are received by OEYES.

If you don't know what size to choose, please contact customer service first and tell us the length of your feet, we will recommend the right size for you

Clothes size

There is usually a size chart on the right side of the product details page, click on the size chart to choose the appropriate size

After your package is sent out ,you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link. Please track it on 17track website https://www.17track.net/en#nums,please choose the carrier to CNE. If you don’t receive the email, please contact customer service for help.
