If you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us by sending emails to info@oeyes.com, we will reply to you within 24 hours in accordance with the following Return Policy:

  1. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date (from the date you receive the items).

  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  3. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  4. Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments and accessories are non-returnable.

  5. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received by OEYES. The money will back to customer's account in 5-7 business days.

  6. OEYES does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

  7. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email info@oeyes.com for assistance.)

  8. Return packages must include a completed return request form and original packing slip to ensure processing. (Note: If the return request form is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays in processing. You may use the return request form included in your original packaging.)

  9. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

  10. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

  11. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

  12. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

  13. Description of return address:
    Different countries have different addresses for receiving returns. The mailing address will be provided by email after submitting the application.

Warm Notes:Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time. If the delivery address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss. Thanks for your kind understanding

Wrong receipt information:
If the buyer fills in wrong receipt information, the buyer should contact info@oeyes.com in time to confirm whether the goods have been shipped out.
If the goods are not shipped out, the buyer may update the correct information.
If the goods have already been shipped out, the buyer needs to contact the logistics company for re-distribute.
If the goods cannot be redistributed or returned, the buyer shall bear the corresponding losses.
Note: OEYES has the right to reject the refund application under this circumstance.
