1.How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

2. How Do I Make A Return?

1). Sign in to your OEYES User Account.
2). Go to “My Account” find the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return and click “Order Details.”
3). Then, send an email to info@oeyes.com with your order number and the SKU of the item(s) you want to return.
4). Within 24 hours, our customer care will respond with the return address.
5). Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible, and ship the package back to the address offered by our customer care. 
6). Please note that OEYES does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
7). Then, send an email to info@oeyes.com with your tracking number.
8). After we get the package, our customer service will contact you to provide a refund or reship.

9). Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received by OEYES. 

3. Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?

1). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
2). Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
3). Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments and accessories are non-returnable.

4. Refunds

1). Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received by OEYES. The money will back to customer's account in 5-7 business days.

2). The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

A. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

B. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

C. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

 

5. Important Notice

1). Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.
2). Please make sure you do not include non-OEYES items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

 

6. Wrong receipt information:

If the buyer fills in wrong receipt information, the buyer should contact info@oeyes.com in time to confirm whether the goods have been shipped out.
If the goods are not shipped out, the buyer may update the correct information.
If the goods have already been shipped out, the buyer needs to contact the logistics company for re-distribute.
If the goods cannot be redistributed or returned, the buyer shall bear the corresponding losses.
Note: OEYES has the right to reject the refund application under this circumstance.
